Meet Jeremy, Our founder.
Jeremy has spent over 44 years offering metaphysical tools and empowering individuals and groups. As a breathwork practitioner, workshop leader, and trainer, he founded the Power of Breath Institute, where he integrated effective, clinically grounded techniques and led seventeen two-year practitioner trainings over two decades.
His passion for stones, crystals, and their energetic properties led to co-owning four metaphysical stores in New England and creating his stone carving and jewelry business, Rock River Medicine Art. Jeremy blends core healing principles, conscious breathwork, and shamanic and sound practices to support heart-centered healing and personal well-being.
He is also a sacred pipe carrier and carver in the Anishinabe tradition, trained by elder Hollis Littlecreek. Drawing from lifelong studies in shamanism and nature-based spirituality, Jeremy has worked with various Indigenous teachers and has facilitated over 200 sweat lodges and 15 vision quests across Maine, New Hampshire, and Utah.
